Lead Safety Meetings, Review Lagging Indicators and implement continuous improvement plans, plan and outlook Leading Indicators strategies with site leaders and alignment with company goals and objectives. Assurance of site wellness for all employees, hazards identification, risk control of the 4 P’s: People, Plant, Plant and Process. Monitor , support and supervision of crews at work in high risk activities like confined space entry, working at heights, hot works, working over th sides, electrical works, working in pressurised systems and mechanical lifting.
