Responsible for drilling mud properties, including mud weight and Viscosity. Perform regular mud checks and tests and report results to the Driller and Mud Engineer. Operate and monitor mud pumps, shale shakers, desanders, desilters, centrifuges, and mixing equipment. Mix chemicals and additives according to the mud program. Maintain situational awareness while working at height. Assist in well control operations when required. Maintain constant communication with driller, assistant driller and floor crew Actively participate in fire drills, man-overboard drills (offshore) and blowout and evacuation drills. Strictly follow HSE procedures, permit-to-work systems, and company policies. Maintain situational awareness while working at height. Assist in running in hole (RIH) and pulling out of hole (POOH) operations safely and efficiently. Monitor pipe movement and ensure proper stabbing and alignment of tubulars.

Strong understanding of drilling fluids and solids-control systems. Ability to work at height under harsh offshore/onshore conditions. High level of physical fitness and balance. Strong safety mindset and teamwork skills. Clear radio communication.
