1. Collaborate with crane operators to guide heavy loads safely 2. Perform pre-use inspections and routine maintenance of rigging tools 3. Ensure all rigging gear is certified, tagged, and meets industry standards. 4. Follow offshore HSE protocols and report unsafe conditions promptly. 5. Maintain clear communication using hand signals and radio with lifting teams. 6. Set up, inspect, and maintain rigging equipment such as ropes, pulleys, winches, and cables. 7. Conduct safety checks and follow safety protocols before, during, and after lifting operations. 8. Report any defects or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately 9. Comply with all offshore and company safety regulations and procedures. 10. Tag and document rigging equipment used in each lift. 11. Assemble rigging for structural steel, ship parts, and equipment during shipbuilding
