- Follow and ensure the implementation of HSE management systems across multiple sites, ensuring the compliance with BP’s Safe Work System (COW) and international safety standards. - Establish and review HSE policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, local & international regulatory requirements. -Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards, achieving a significant reduction in incidents. -Develop and provide comprehensive HSE training programs on safety topics such as working at height, confined spaces, H2S, lifting operations, and hazardous materials, enhancing workforce safety awareness. -Manage and ensure the implementation of the Permit To Work (PTW) system across all project, operations and shutdown periods. -Conduct and review Task Risk Assessments (TRA), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Operational Risk Assessments (ORA) in coordination with frontline teams and supervisors.
