Manage HSE performance of rig in compliance with specific HSE polices & procedures. • Supervise and audit all safety related operations on rig site. • Identify hazards related to the specific well site operations, the planned program or the materials provided, increase awareness of all involved personnel and agreed for proper mitigations. • Enhance well site team emergency response through sequential practical drill, evaluate performance that allow continuous improvement. • Ensure that well control and blowout prevention measures meet regulations and operator's requirements. • Check that the procedures for handling, transportation, disposal, storage and use of all hazardous substances, follows applicable regulations and safe practices. • Demonstrate and consistently apply the highest level of leadership in HSE standards, practices and policies. • Ensure site safety and environmental management systems are implemented as designed and are consistent with internal policies and standards. • Follow up implementation of all operational techniques utilized on rigs. • Drilling vertical and directional wells. • Deal with different type of drilling Bits; Tri-Cone & Fixed cutter bit. • Deal with Different Types of Mud (Gel Mud, KCL polymer, silicate & Oil Base Mud). • Deal with most of open hole logging mechanism, O.H E/L logging (GR, Resistivity, Density, Neutron) Also C.H E/L logging (CBL, VDL, CCL, GR). • Run all types of CSG Surface CSG, Intermediate CSG, Production CSG Rotating or Non-Rotating Liner Hanger & Long String of Casing. • Supervise all cement jobs (conventional, two stage cement job Balanced CMT plug & Squeezed CMT. • Supervise Rig inspection as per checklist (sent by many operating companies to accept rigs at the first spud in). • Supervise all drilling operations. (Start from site preparation rig move and acceptance to rig release, shallow, deep & super deep wells (gas wells). • Supervise all Dir. Drilling operations (survey, DLS, projection a head to target). • Make Side track (open hole & cased hole) & re-entry wells. • Well planned in critical areas like material management and bulk requirements. • Capable of handling stress situations with confidence, like in well complications (kick control, fishing operations). • Supervise and follow-up hole cleaning efficiency in Deviated and Horizontal wells. • Supervise all killing operation of Oil & Gas wells. • Make daily / weekly reports (drilling report, cost sheet, mud and safety reports). • Fishing operation & fishing tools applications. • Shallow gas kicks precautions & action plan. • Off-set wells studies data sheet • Work on super rigs from 1500 to 3000 hp. • Drill many deviated wells using motors & RSS technology
