Effectively and safely drilling and complete oil and gas wells in different countries including ( Egypt- Saudi Arabia - Iraq) in both onshore and offshore environments. Performed different workover activities for naturally flow and artificial lifted wells ( sucker rod- ESP- PCP)  On-scene company representative supervising drilling & service contractors.  Coordination of the timely supply of required equipment, consumables and specialist services to ensure uninterrupted continuation of operations.  Ensures that the project’s activities take place in accordance with current laws, regulations, requirements and guidelines.  Follow-up, optimize the cost & Conduct studies to improve performance.  Provide sufficient, accurate and timely data to the Head office.  Perform Daily Drilling reports for all Activities.  Prepare Well Equipment List and manage the logistics as required.  Provide Guidance For Less Experienced Engineers.  Acquire Planning Data From Geology, Reservoir Engineering Or Geophysics.  Carry Out Offset Well Data And Site Survey Analysis.  Identify Possible Drilling Hazards And Discuss With Relevant Parties.  Provide Initial Well Timelines For Planning Purposes, Drilling Time Curves And Initial Cost Estimates.  Follow Up Well-Path Design & Directional Planning Execution.  Design Well Hydraulics, Recommend Flow Rates for Drilling.  Optimize And Recommend Bits To Be Run In Drilling Program and Prepare Well Bit Records.  Recommend Means of Avoiding Drilling Problems Such As How to Ensure Well bore Stability, Lost Circulation and Stuck Pipe.  Calculate Kick Tolerances. Design Well Kill Plan.  Work With Various Service Vendors To Ensure Plans Are Achievable/Implemented.  Monitor Implementation of Programs.  Optimize The Drilling Program And Identify Ways Of Reducing The Well Costs.  Ensure Well Performance Data Such As Planned verses Actual Drilling Time Curve, Drilling Cost/Ft, Footage per Day, Planned verses Actual Well Costs.
