OPERATIONAL OSH MANAGEMENT:  Prioritize safety in all operations, exercising Stop Work Authority when required.  Deliver HSE inductions, orientations, and compliance training in line with Saudi Aramco SMS and company policies.  Follow Saudi Aramco SMS to manage JSAs, pre-job checklists, emergency drills, incident reports, and equipment/personnel competency certifications.  Implement WAP/PTW & LOTO systems on-site in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and train crew in the effective implementation of PTW system.  Ensure safety equipment compliance with Saudi Aramco OE&CR standards on rig-less sites.  Ensure heavy equipment compliance (cranes, forklifts, man lifts, excavators, backhoes) and verify operator training meets Saudi Aramco requirements.  Facilitate Pre-Job Safety Meetings (PJSM) prior to commencing tasks and ensure crews contribute to safe execution plans.  Conduct monthly awareness campaigns per Saudi Aramco’s annual schedule, achieving no heat stress incidents during summer 2024 following a targeted heat stress campaign.  Applied the HSE Management System and ensured adherence to Company HSE policies, performance standards, and legal regulations. Page 3 of 6 Arslan Ali Rizvi, HSE Officer  Conduct site safety meetings and provide advice on application of hierarchy of controls as part of the risk management process.  Conduct regular inspections of areas verifying compliance to key HSE processes, including but not limited to Permit to Work, LOTO, Pressure testing, Machinery guarding, Calibration, Lifting equipment.  Perform Hazard Hunts & Field Audits as per schedule to verify compliance to HSE requirements.  Maintain HSE records as per management system requirements.  Regularly inspect facility substances, ensure SDS are up-to-date both online and physically, and verify proper storage and use per HSE requirements.  Supervise and monitor HSE procedures and management systems implemented for contractors.  Ensure proper use of PPE by training crews on pre-use checks, correct usage, storage, and damage reporting procedures.  Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with HSE-MS policies and standards.  Ensure to Inspect PFA systems, including safety harnesses, lanyards, lifelines, anchor points, and rope grabs on routine basis.
