HSE Management: Act as the focal point for implementing HSE management systems across multiple rigs, Aliginment with group standard and group company standards. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor the HSE performance of operations, including asset installations, equipment safety, and shutdown procedures to ensure compliance with HSE standards. Incident Investigation: Lead investigations for accidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and follow up on corrective actions to ensure proper closure and reporting. Safety Programs: Develop and manage HSE safety manuals, hazardous area instructions, and safety publications. Conduct safety inspections and update checklists to identify hazards and suggest corrective actions. Training & Audits: Train rig crew on safety protocols, conduct internal audits, and facilitate weekly and monthly safety meetings. Participate in both level 2 and 3 audits to ensure continuous improvement. Key Achievements: Contributed to the introduction and execution of the QMS documentation system and other safety initiatives, ensuring full compliance with and ISO 14001 standards.
