1. Manage and supervise all stages for all types of workover rig operations such as: Maintenance, Safety, Completion, Temporary & Permanent Abandonment following the procedures as per Company's requirements. 2. Direct and coordinate the preparation of well services and well integrity policies, guidelines, procedures and standards. 3. Design well completion string and completion material and services. 4. Lead well services team to execute operations safety and quality control. 5. Establish and manage contracts such as Workover, well completion, well testing, Slick line, Electric line, Coiled tubing, Pumping and N2 unit. 6. Responsible for preparation of all completion sub-assemblies, associated equipment, running list, and fishing tools, as well as ensuring all equipment is available and tested prior to running the well completion and workover operations. 7. Technical Support and Co-ordinate for related contract tenders, bid evaluations and contract management including audits. Inspected and qualified vendors, in collaboration with Procurement and contract Group. 8. Technical support of completions and workover operations onshore. 9. Preparing Workover, completion, coiled tubing and slickline programs. 10. Conduct Analysis, investigations and provide engineering recommendations in accordance with API and NORSOK International Standards. 11. Perform necessary investigations to be conducted following the wellhead audit such as Slick line (Calibration, top sediment, PFS, etc...), Logging (MFC, MDT, PLT, thermometry, Video camera, etc...). 12. Define the safe operating envelope (MAASP & MAWOP) to ensure that wells operate safely for the full design life based on laboratory analysis of annuli fluids, corrosion reports, cased hole log analysis and the evaluation of annuli pressures.
