TBT with Rig crew about current Operation and safety precaution during the job, Critical Safety Equipment, Emergency Drills and procedures implement, Identity Hazards and Control Measures, Risk Assessment, Review JSA as per operation issue, 3. Identifying Hazards and Risk management. Motivate to crew for reporting UA/UC , Nearmiss reporting, Incidents awareness and mitigation plan for avoid Incidents 4. Safe Rig Move plan prepare with Rig road map, route survey check before Rig Move activities 5. Plan for Monthly Inspection of Fire Fighting, SCBA inspection, Rig Inspection, Third Party inspection of Fixed Gas detection system, Air quality, Quarterly Inspection of Portbale Gas detection system, Six Monthly Inspection for Tubulars, Handling Tools, Lifting Gears etc by Third party and follow up for Inspection team. 6. Health and HYgine Inspection, Ambulance Inspection, Life Saving equipment Inspection, safety harness Lanyard, Fall arrester Inspection test and function test. 7. Conduct Fire Drill, H2s Drill, Man down Drill, BOP Trip Drill and PIt Drill, Vertical Rescue Drill from Height and Rescue from Confined Space Drill etc
