Pertamina Hulu Rokan July 2022 -present • Plan and execute drilling operations with a focus on safety, cost efficiency, and regulatory standards. • Develop comprehensive well-specific drilling programs, including detailed engineering design and cost estimation. • Conduct area and offset well reviews, analyze subsurface and operational data, and assess new technologies to enhance well design and drilling performance. • Serve as Lead Drilling Engineer in engineering reviews, delivering technical assessments, peer reviews, and supporting approvals for drilling programs and development plans. • Review historical well files to produce complete drilling, completion, and servicing histories for engineering reference. • Provide real-time engineering support to Drilling Site Representatives, including daily monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting during operations. • Prepare post drilling documentation such as End of Well Reports (EOWR), Final Drilling Reports, performance analysis, and lookback studies. • Conduct well-level budget monitoring and cost control, ensuring alignment with approved WP&B. • Coordinate material readiness and availability in collaboration with supply chain and materials management teams. • Lead “Drilling on Paper” (DoP) sessions covering well objectives, risks, mitigations, and execution strategies. • Work closely with service companies and vendors to support program preparation, technical clarifications, and operational readiness. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in well design, operational practices, and drilling performance. • Support development well projects across multiple Pertamina fields, including scheduling, material forecasting, and budget preparation. • Collaborate cross-functionally with subsurface, asset teams, operations, HSE, supply chain, and management for integrated project delivery. • Manage drilling project schedules and stakeholder communication across all disciplines.
