Leading an integrated project management (IPM) initiative for deep gas exploration wells with depths of up to 6,000 meters. • Managing daily operations of multiple service providers (directional drilling, drilling fluids, cementing, bits, wireline, mud logging) and a drilling contractor under a day-rate contract model. • Overseeing a project budget exceeding $100 million, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency. • Directly reporting to the Chairman of the Board, providing regular updates on project milestones, financials, and risk mitigation. • Successfully supervising the planning and execution of a technically challenging relief well to kill a blowout in a high-H₂S environment. • Building and mentoring a high-performing team of drilling and petroleum engineers. • Actively involved in the development of young professionals, fostering technical growth and leadership skills for the next generation.
