-Safety reviewing for assigned project’s scope of work. -Supervise safety factors Of lifting operation, safe working loads of lifting gears and proper Storage -Experienced in the implementation and auditing of OHSAS 18001 -Accident & Incident Investigation & Analysis -Establishing Project HSE Plans Assist and coordinate with the GM Operation in the implementation of the project HSE. Advise GM Operation on HSE issues. -Producing and developing the Project HSE Training Plan, ensuring implementation of the plan and maintaining the training records. -Carrying out daily safety inspections to identify unsafe working conditions, unsafe practices. -Providing safety advice and guidance to site management and supervisors. -Implementation of safe system and procedures of work Ensuring the approved personal safety protective equipments used by the employees, conducting safety tool box meeting, and weekly safety walk through, preparing daily safety report, site safety auditing and follow up. -Providing technical interpretations on a wide variety of safety and health issues. -Ensuring all safety and health operations and policies comply with the applicable government, program, contract, and task order requirements. -Providing advice on emergency response issues relating to all aspects of company operations, involving defining and researching issues. -Providing advice on emergency response aspects of Risk Assessments, method statements for both company and contractors. - Assisting incident investigation and reporting processes as required. Providing support and assistance in delivery of annual HSE targets and objectives. - Assisting and planning and execution of internal and external audits including follow-up and close out of findings as required.
