• Manage the team on the drilling rig, to plan and prioritize activities and to use expert knowledge to resolve operational problems to achieve the Company’s objectives safely and efficiently. • Ensure full compliance with the Company HSE policy standards and objectives. • Optimize operational performance without compromising HSE, well integrity, or the integrity of the drilling unit. • Champion the Company's values and behavior in the field environment and provide clear HSE leadership and direction with respect to the day-to-day operational activities. • Apply new technologies to reduce cost and add value: ▪ Stress-Caging jobs for loss intervals to drill longer intervals. ▪ Drilling with new bits like chimera in challenging intervals. ▪ Worked on the first offshore Frac job to be done in the Suez Gulf. • Well intervention and regless operation: ▪ Coiled tubing clean out. ▪ E-coil logging and perforation ▪ Plug and abundant jobs with E/L ▪ Gas lift survey and valve change ▪ Zonal isolation with coiled tubing ▪ Well testing and flowback • Supervised and participated in: ▪ Direction Drilling with MWD/LWD and RSS technology. ▪ Open hole and cased hole side tracks (whip stock). ▪ Casing and Cement Jobs (one or two stage jobs, CSG packers). ▪ Running and Cementing Liners. ▪ Gas lift completion and ESP completions. ▪ Fishing operation. ▪ Slot Recovery wells. ▪ Conductor drill & drive operation. ▪ Running and cementing procedure for all sizes of casing strings and open hole liners. ▪ Scab and tieback liner.
