As an HSE Analyst Intern at PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan, I was actively involved in supporting Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management across exploration, drilling, and partnership projects within upstream oil and gas operations. My role focused on ensuring compliance with company HSE standards, government regulations, and industry best practices through both administrative control and field-based activities. Additionally, I supported the development and review of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) by identifying potential hazards, evaluating risk levels, and recommending appropriate mitigation measures to prevent incidents. My responsibilities also included participation in field safety observations and inspections, including the Traffic Safety Enforcement Program (TSEP), where I monitored vehicle conditions, driver behavior, and compliance with safety procedures. Through close coordination with HSE teams, contractors, and operational personnel, I contributed to strengthening safety awareness, improving compliance, and supporting safe, efficient, and sustainable operations across project sites.
