Sr Drilling Supervisor ● Supervise daily drilling and workover operation by following written programs and procedures. Develop specific daily work plan to service companies. ● Acting as Drilling Superintendent, managing 4 drilling rigs. Approved drilling program from the Drilling Engineer, review casing design, mud design, drill string design and well control contingency. ● Experience in drilling vertical hole, horizontal well, directional hole (J-type, S-type, inclination 15° - 90°) with total depth 1,000 ft MD – 8,000 ft MD ● Experience in stuck pipe, kick, lost circulation, sloughing shale and ballooning formation. ● Maintain Wellbore Integrity by Maintaining required wellbore barriers as set forth in SOPs and Company Well Control Guide ● Witness and document BOP/wellhead/casing function and pressure tests; Witness and conduct well control drills; Supervise any well control incidents. ● Completing Daily Activity Report in and well cost estimates accurately in WellView; QC Service Company reports and field tickets ● Follow-up supply activities of company materials and equipment. ● Provide technical analysis & quick solution for hole problems. ● Supervise daily drilling operation by following written programs and procedures. ● Develop specific daily work plan for all service companies. ● Monitor drilling parameters to ensure smooth drilling operation. ● Experience in using high performance water base mud (HPWBM – Polyamine) ● Experience in drilling gas well, with high temperature and high pressure. ● Calculate and supervise all cementing operations. ● Supervise casing running & liner running operation, including set liner hanger. ● Drilling fluid preparation and daily control ● Conduct leak off test (LOT) / formation integrity test (FIT), Casing pressure test, BOP test. ● Coordinate & execute well control operation. ● Prepare daily drilling cost reports and prepare daily drilling report with Wellview. ● Supervise wireline logging, pipe convey logging, CDO logging.
