Act as section lead of Junior Production Engineer and report to Production Engineering Team Leader, Prepares programs for rigless operations, perforation, kick-off operation, stimulation and well testing to be carried out by service companies, Undertakes rigless completion and testing of newly drilled/worked over wells, Prepares programs for various well tests such as multi-rate production/injection tests and isochronal/modified isochronal tests. Coordinates and supervises testing operations and carries out preliminary interpretation and evaluation of test results. Follows up and supervises all well intervention jobs such as Coiled tubing and wireline work carried out by contractors. Supervises production logging and carries out preliminary log interpretation and evaluation of test results. Monitors oil/gas producing and water injection wells performance. Investigates and diagnoses well problems and proposes action requirements. Recommends workover for specific wells giving prognosis of each well and workover justification. Coordinates and supervise down hole equipment testing and maintenance. Reviews and evaluates water injection clusters performance and discusses the long-term injection test with concerned engineers of other Departments. Supervises trials of new surface and downhole equipment. Prepare task order, controlling fund budget for rigless well intervention and for any project in the field. Coordinate and responsible for inactive string management in field sites. Acting as Performer Authority (PA), Area Authority (AA) and Permit Issuer (PI) for ADNOC WMS (Work Management System) Permit to work.
