Training, induction,daily inspection, weekly meeting, coordination and weekly client meeting • Support the JGC HSE Section in the overall implementation of the project HSE program as specified in the Site HSSE Plan, applicable HSE procedures established for the project and Owner HSSE requirements. • Manage and provide directions to, on matters relating to HSE, to Subcontractor HSE Managers and Supervisors. • Attend and ensure Subcontractors are performing their daily tool box meeting and Safety Task Analysis Risk Reduction Talk (STARRT) meeting prior to starting their works. • Support the daily STARRT coaching process to ensure that STARRT conversations remain meaningful. • Identify site HSE hazards and work in consultation with the Construction Supervisors to resolve them in a timely manner. • Ensure Subcontractors have valid PTW for those works that are regulated and that Subcontractors follow the PTW conditions / requirements specified in the Safe Work Method Statement and Job Safety Analysis. • Participate actively in planned HSE inspections and report the finding.
