Operate and monitor oil and gas production and utility systems in offshore and onshore facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operations at all times. Perform continuous monitoring of process parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow rates through SCADA systems and field instruments. Conduct routine field inspections of wellheads, separators, pumps, compressors, valves, and pipelines to identify abnormalities and take corrective actions. Maintain accurate production logs, shift handover reports, and operational records in line with company procedures. Support permit to work (PTW) activities by coordinating isolations, gas testing, and toolbox talks to ensure safe execution of maintenance jobs. Assist during plant startup and shutdown operations, following approved operating procedures and safety standards. Carry out basic troubleshooting of mechanical and process equipment to minimize downtime and production losses. Support chemical injection monitoring, sampling, and well testing activities in coordination with the control room and laboratory teams. Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, housekeeping, and equipment preservation. Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, participate in emergency drills, and promote a strong safety culture at site. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations and continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
