Hold daily safety (tool box) meetings, give safety talks, and update current safety practices to workers. Ensure safety compliance to safety work gears, Arrange and Prioritize jobs based on risk level and mitigate the risk by providing all required safety tools for specific jobs, to eradicate or reduce work related hazards as low as reasonably practicable and prevent incident/accident that may lead to loss man-hour. Ensure that every work done has a work or job permit issued. Stop work when unsafe practices are carried out and report same immediately. Conduct safety sweep insitu / exsitu work areas Recognize and identify potential hazards, report it, mitigate the hazard or condone off the area if the risk level is not low . Develop ( if not in practice) safety culture in work place and reward compliance to the culture thereby motivating everyone to be part of the safety culture. Identify and report failing infrastructure for onward mantainance or overhaul to prevent incident. Risk assessment.
