Expertise in drilling & Completion operations  Rig acceptance per (Petrobel-Eni-API) standards.  Execute Drilling programs safely, Modify same according actual well conditions within policies, standards and procedures.  Conduct daily meeting, TBT with all key persons to outline daily objectives, safety issues, precautions for operations, contingency plans, materials needed, identifying possible hazards and mitigation plan for unscheduled events.  Prepare a daily plan ahead for the coming operations illustrating the tasks of every person involved in the job.  Prepare well control calculations, Killing plan and Equipment test.  Prepare a mitigation plan for possible drilling hazards like well control issues, stuck pipe, Loss of Circulation, Well bore stability related factors.  Optimize drilling parameters within operational limits achieving optimum hole cleaning, penetration (ROP) and direction plan.  Prepare a detailed game plan with check list for all jobs i.e. Running casing, Cementing, Fishing, LOT & FIT and Well head work.  Monitor & analyze all torque / drag & hole cleaning factors (Equivalent circulating density "ECD" trends, recovered cutting versus drilled meters, amount, size and shape of cutting on shale shaker).  Drilling Highly Deviated Wells in Mediterranean Sea.  Well performance data like (planned vs actual drilling time curve, drilling cost/ft., planned vs actual cost) Prepare And review AFE, DDR, Cost control center.  Prepare final well reports for all drilling and completion activities.  Revise contractor / services companies invoices before submit to head office.  Analyze offset wells data to enhance learning curve and avoid repeated problems.  QA / QC for all contactor equipment & 3rd parties.
