Action points are being monitor for implementation ➢ Inspection & monitoring of PERMIT TO WORK SYSTEM (PTW) for Hot Works, Confined Space Entry, Cold Works, Release Gas or Liquid, Sand Blasting, Pressure Test and Spray Painting of inside storage tanks & vessels, Overhead / Underground lines and facilities. ➢ Inspection & monitoring of working at heights. ➢ Drop Object Survey while Mast up and Mast down ➢ Pre-spud, Hydra, Crane, Forklift Inspection before Start work. ➢ Inspection & monitoring of Scaffolding erections/dismantling. ➢ Inspection and follow up of the lifting appliances as per schedule to ensure the equipment’s meet the required safety standards. ➢ Inspection of hand tools (electrical & mechanical) and render advise for any damaged tools renewal ➢ Familiar in HAZAN, HAZID, RISK ASSESSMENT. ➢ Implementation and inspection of plant equipments interlock safety system after analysis of Project HSE Review (PHSER), HAZAN, HAZOP, JSA systems. ➢ Accident/Incident reporting & Investigations, finding out the underlying causes, suggesting & implementing the corrective actions. ➢ Inspection of any other requirements from time to time. ➢ Organizing for health and safety culture at site. ➢ Monitoring the Chemical, Psychological, Biological and Physical Health Hazards & Implementing Control. ➢ HSE Trainer for Safety Induction, Fire Extinguisher, Scaffolding, Defense Driving and Critical Lifting etc. ➢ Plan & implementing safety training program and maintaining training matrix. ➢ Training of workers & supervisors in good housekeeping, safety in material handling, Safety in welding/cutting, Safety in handling of fire extinguishers/fire hydrants. ➢ Implementation of required Personnel Protective equipment (PPE’s) to the appropriate work and close monitoring of utilization by the work force through proper training. ➢ Render advice for implementation of Basic First Aid measures and requirements of first aid box at work places. ➢ Render job-oriented trainings like working at heights & in flammable areas, handling of hazardous chemicals, working in H2S areas. ➢ Emergency Evacuation Drill at Camp/Sites/workshop ➢ Rescue of a person fell down from Rig Floor and Monkey Board ➢ Fire Drill at on Site and Off site. ➢ Rescue of trapped person from Tank/Vessel Other mentioned in CV
