I have being working as drilling supervisor for many years, which involve me in acting as the company's main on-site representative with different oil and Gas companies as SONATRACH and ARAMCO. I have the duty to lead the execution of rig-side drilling operations. I am in charge to conduct all site drilling activities safely & efficiently with head-office collaboration. A Drilling Supervisor manages all rig-site drilling, to meet technical/budgetary goals by supervising crews, coordinating services, implementing safety protocols, solving drilling issues specially hole problems. They oversee drilling progress, order equipment and service companies to be in site, and ensure that the work is conducted with compliance of all standards, policies, and regulations. During the long years of my labor, I build a strong leadership altitude, with a interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills. I have the ability to work under pressure in challenging harsh environments. I worked in multicultural surroundings with different nationality with good communication and easy to collaborate with other. I have fruitfully contributed on achieving drilling numerous of wells. With time, I develop a strong experience in well site organization, project management, drilling operations and problem managing. currently, with my skills in domain, I would like to take new challenge and achievement.
