I am responsible for supervising and controlling all drilling operations on site to ensure they are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the approved drilling program, company standards, and regulatory requirements. I oversee daily rig activities and ensure that operations are executed according to planned procedures while maintaining well integrity at all times. A major part of my role is enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies. I ensure full compliance with safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, monitor safe work practices, and take immediate corrective actions to prevent incidents or accidents. I coordinate closely with drilling contractors, rig crews, service companies, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. I monitor drilling parameters, equipment performance, and well conditions, and I provide technical guidance to resolve operational issues such as drilling problems, equipment failures, or abnormal well behavior.
