Act as the company representative at the wellsite, supervising and coordinating all drilling and completion activities to ensure operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with the approved well program, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Provide direct leadership to rig crews, completion teams, drilling contractors, and service companies, ensuring clear communication, proper task execution, and alignment with operational objectives. Oversee daily drilling and completion operations, including rig up and rig down activities, drilling, casing and cementing, well control operations, completion installation, and well integrity verification. Monitor real-time operational parameters, identify potential hazards or deviations from the program, and implement corrective actions to minimize non-productive time and operational risk. Ensure full compliance with HSE standards by conducting safety meetings, job safety analyses (JSA), and toolbox talks, and by enforcing safe work practices at all times. Actively promote a strong safety culture and intervene immediately in unsafe conditions or behaviors. Apply IWCF well control principles during routine and critical operations, supporting kick detection, well shut-in procedures, pressure control, and emergency response as required. Verify that all equipment, barriers, and well control systems are properly installed, tested, and maintained. Prepare and validate daily well reports, operational logs, and incident documentation, ensuring accurate and timely communication with office-based engineering teams and clients. Participate in post-job reviews and lessons learned processes to drive continuous improvement in safety, operational efficiency, and cost control.

IWCF Certified Supervisor. Strong experience in drilling and completion operations, well planning, and field supervision. Knowledge of well control, HSE management systems, and operational risk mitigation. Fluent in Spanish and English.
