➢ Supervise all well operations & logistics ensuring all work done as per HSE policy. ➢ Execute the Drilling Program efficiently and safely according to budget and time frames. ➢ Prepare DDR, Lookahead sheet, Equipment Inventory, VOWD & Daily Drilling Package. ➢ Prepare & distribute Game Plan for all operation phases and ensure instructions are well communicated. ➢ Prepare & send Material & Personnel requests to service companies as per operations Lookahead. ➢ Prepare & review Casing, Liner, TCP & Completion tally and Cement calculations. ➢ Review & approve all service companies' tickets as per contracts. ➢ Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential operational hazards. ➢ Prepare detailed reports on well performance, including analysis of any operational issues or downtime. ➢ Drilled & Completed many deviated wells with various hole problems. ➢ Successfully managed Loss of circulation, Stuck Pipe & Well Control situations.
