My current experience as an IPMT HSSE Lead involves playing a pivotal role in the safe execution of the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery (HAOR) modernization and Reconstruction Project with the final aim to upgrade the refinery facilities to be capable of processing 7.5 Mtpa of crude oil, whilst meeting quantity and quality requirements of products to feed Azerikimya revamped petrochemical plant and producing Euro V quality automotive transportation fuels. Before that I was working as a HSES Advisor (Offshore) and playing a role in the successful delivery of the Marjan Increment Project (Package 1 GOSP-4 facility) located in the eastern flank of Arabian Gulf, through which ARAMCO plans to boost production capacity of Marjan field by 550,000 barrels per day of Arabian Crude Oil and 2.5 billion standard cubic feet a day (BSCFD) of gas by embedding safety into construction, installation and tie-in phases of the project. Responsibilities include but not limited to ensuring compliance with ARAMCO's HSE standards and international safety regulations, risk management and safety assurance, HSE performance monitoring & continuous improvement, emergency preparedness and environmental protection, incident investigation and prevention. Previously I was acting as a Senior HSSE Advisor and supporting a safe, compliant and efficient activities within JOCAP (JV between SOCAR – TOTAL – ADNOC) EPS (Early Production Scheme) FFSD (Full Field Shutdown) and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) Projects scope – TAR with further PPM of the natural gas producing EPS Offshore Platform which produces four million cubic meters of gas and 12,000 barrels of condensate per day to be sold in domestic market of Azerbaijan., and Major Equipment Installation under bp ACG NAG IP (Non-Associated Gas Initial Producer) Project through which bp is exploring the opportunity of developing a new well in the Chirag Deep Water Gunashli (CDWG) area. I was developing HSE Management system from scratch within the young organization profiling Well Services (Workover and Wireline Operations) at the Absheron peninsula located oilfield of Azerbaijan. I was supporting safe, compliant and efficient operation of the largest bp Supply Base in the AGT region which involves Warehousing & Materials Management; Diesel Tank Farm (Fuel Management); Advanced Fluid Facilities; CCU Management; Facilities & Asset Management including Maintenance, Pipe Yard Operations including Pipe Inspection Facilities; Quayside Operations; Heavy Lifting and Cargo Transportation. I was also managing safe handling, segregation, transportation and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials within BP Azerbaijan waste and hazardous materials management facilities. I have a bachelor’s degree from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University as an Engineer Economist in Petroleum Engineering I am a holder of a NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
