Ensure of Reviewing JSA and stop cads , prior starting tasks Participate in all pre-job planning activities and critical operations. Oversee implementation of operational systems and procedures to include but not be limited to: Permit to Work, System, LOTO System, Hazardous Chemical-SDS, PPE System and H2S Awareness. Maintenance of the Corrective Action Register for non-compliance items arising from meetings and inspections. Maintenance of the Lifting & Slings Register and Inspection program (R&S Register) for the rig. To provide and ensure the onshore rig induction program properly to all employees and visitors. To conduct the Fire Extinguisher/Fire Fighting equipment inspections, SCBA/SABA inspections and to maintain their records properly. Submit all required HSE reports to Hse manager and the client in a timely manner. Maintain a comprehensive and complete handover file. Conducting drills as per the drill matrix. Conducting Pre-Tour Meeting, Weekly Safety Meeting, Stand Down Meeting
