Drilling vertical & directional wells including well kick-off ,collision risk scanning & sidetracking operations usingwhipstock & open hole cement plugs. Lead all wellsite activities ( HSE, operations & logistics). Plan ahead to determine future requirements for drilling equipment and consumables. Driving conductor, Running and cementing casing, open hole liners and scab liners. Participate in slot recovery and DCS operations in 3 wells (EM327-4, NER 292-2 & South El-Wasl) Primary and Secondary cement jobs, single and two-stage cement jobs. Supervise several open hole/ cased hole logging operations (LWD & Wire line) & well integrity evaluations ( CBL, VDL, USIT) Running different well completions (Carbon steel & Chrome)(Gravel pack, Gas lift, ESP)( Shoot & Pull , Shoot & Stay). Supervise Perforation techniques with TCP guns & Through tubing perforation. Participate in several fishing operations for corroded completions, Permenant packers, stuck drill string and downhole junks using different fishing & milling tools. Dealing with downhole problems through applying the best practices, proper planning ahead and following first action plans. Apply well control procedures as per standard regulations and operator’s requirement. Prepare daily drilling reports, casing tallies, cement reports, BHA & bit records and cost tracking sheets. Optimize expenditure on rental tools through daily tracking. Technical limit for drilling operations , Capture lessons learned and discuss agreed actions. Prepare daily work instructions for every job conducted. Ensure well site team emergency response through regular drills & performance evaluations .
