Senior drilling engineer: prepare drilling program, review of w/o program, budget preparation, ITT preparation and offers evaluation, daily follow up of drilling operation, daily cost control, cost follow up, preaparation of well design, drill well on paper preparation, prepare and hold SQM with services companies, follow up of lesson’s learned and update drilling program accordingly. Liaise with HSE department to enhance safety and quality on the rig site (rig and camp), liaise with G&G deparment to manage reservoir preservation, close follow up of casing and coring points, liaise with procurement department for the issuing of PRs and PO. Liaise with top management to implement the company’s rules. Train junior staff. Prepare training schedule and training follow up. Liaise with services companies for mob demon of équipement and personnel.
