• My role is to manage site everyday work and coordination with all stakeholders, proactive identification of potential safety showstopper and communicating to management to ensure a smooth project safe delivery. • Carry out daily delivery of safety expectation and deliverables. • Supervised installation procedure execution. • Supervised riser platform remedial works site coordination/management. • Reviewing and implementing project procedures, which include pipeline installation, mattress, Shore pull, Scope of work for sub-contractors etc. • Supervising offshore operations executions to achieve safe operations and timely. • Supervised Offshore Pre-mobilization and mobilization Activities including effective and coordinated demobilization. • Carry out daily toolbox meetings before work for safe work activities. • Carry out daily reports to the client. • Launched a formalized and effective Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System, drove compliance with relevant standards and procedures; ensured 100% compliance with local and International QHSE regulations. • Rolled out annual HSE plan, tracked HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the business unit, reported to management regularly, consistently followed up with all responsible heads; closed out 90% of generated actions as part of HSE continuous improvement strategies. • Acted as Site QHSE Representative, proficiently rolled out relevant policies and implemented a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environment Management System including the spearheading of Job Hazard Analysis and Permit to Work System across all tasks; achieved zero lost time injury. • Ensure safe supervision of all offshore site construction activities comprising of scaffolding, general blasting and painting works, piping and structural steel installation works, mechanical erection and decommissioning operations, controlled lifting, fitting, and rigging operations for sites etc.
