Monitor and enhance HSE programs tailored to drilling operations Conduct routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits Promote a proactive safety culture by fostering engagement and communicationbetween management, field teams, and contractors. Prepare detailed HSE reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and maintain accurate recordsof audits, incidents, corrective actions, equipment inspections, and training sessions. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international safetystandards Host daily safety toolbox talks and pre-shift briefings Conduct Risk Assessments for high-risk activities (e.g., drilling, well control, heavylifting).
