I am responsible for HSE supervision and coordination of drilling, workover and well intervention operations, ensuring that all site activities are carried out in compliance with company standards, client requirements and international safety regulations. My role includes daily site inspections, hazard identification, risk assessment and monitoring of critical operations such as lifting, work at height, confined space entry, hot work and line-of-fire exposure. I participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings and conduct regular coaching sessions with crews to promote a strong safety culture and workforce engagement. I review and verify PTW documentation, job safety analyses and method statements, ensuring that control measures are in place and properly implemented. I monitor contractor HSE performance, provide recommendations for improvement and follow up on non-conformances and corrective actions. I am involved in incident investigation, near-miss reporting and root cause analysis, preparing reports and communicating lessons learned to prevent recurrence. I also support implementation of HSE policies, emergency response readiness, environmental protection measures and safe housekeeping standards on site. My responsibilities include maintaining HSE records, preparing daily and weekly reports and supporting audits and inspections conducted by client representatives and regulatory bodies. Through my work I aim to ensure safe operations, minimise risks and contribute to continuous improvement of safety performance.
