Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversees the entire job, from rigging up/down equipment, operating the CT unit, and performing calculations. Safety Leadership: Conducts pre-job safety meetings, enforces HSE policies, and performs risk analysis to protect personnel and the environment. Personnel & Crew Management: Supervises, trains, and evaluates the CT crew, ensuring they follow procedures and maintain professionalism. Technical Expertise: Troubleshoots issues, ensures equipment functionality, manages materials, and performs necessary well control calculations. Client & Stakeholder Relations: Manages customer satisfaction, coordinates with engineers, and maintains positive site interactions.
