Prepare daily HSE report. Check Rigs Component & Equipment for Acceptance & confirmed its According to standard& Combatable with target required in operation programs. Decide, schedule & achieve Well control Equipment Tests & Rig Drills Ensure that the Rig crew have good technical experience & plan to raise their efficiency. Ensure & Revise Rig plans for Safety & Emergency cases & train crew through Drills. Execute the drilling program and ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with company rules and HSE procedures. Remain aware of the whole conditions and trends in order to anticipate potential problems. Ensure that all activities are reported in a timely manner and recorded fully and accurately. Ensure that every piece of equipment run into the well has been callipered, inspection (standard) and that the inspection are accurate. Visually inspect every piece of equipment on location that has to do with the operations and ensure they are certified for the intended purposes. Be knowledgeable of all company safety policies& procedures including firefighting, emergency equipment, lifesaving equipment& emergency response Ensure that all pressure seals in the BOP and wellhead are properly installed and pressure tested according to the drilling program or operational procedure. Lead pre-job safety meetings and all other HSE meetings at the rig site. Conduct induction training for all personal visiting or assigned to the site as well as conduct training as required by company, client or where ever need is identified& encourage them to make safety suggestions stop any unsafe act or condition according to company policy and report all incidents or injuries as well as participate in any incident investigation
