Planning & Coordination Assist in preparing drilling programs and procedures Coordinate logistics (materials, equipment, personnel) Communicate with onshore drilling engineers and management Ensure correct execution of casing, cementing, and testing operations 5. Cost & Time Management Monitor daily drilling costs Minimize non-productive time (NPT) Approve contractor time sheets and service tickets Ensure efficient use of resources 6.
