 Operate oil and gas production equipment such as pumps, separators, compressors, reactor, heat exchangers and pipelines distribution system for routine operation and trouble shooting.  Apply knowledge of P&IDs, PFDs, DCS, and PLC systems for process optimization.  Monitor pressure, temperature, flow rates, and fluid levels visual inspections.  Start up and shut down equipment safely as per SOP.  Maintaining operational integrity, responding to process deviations. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:  Perform routine inspection, lubrication, Chemical injection and calibration of equipment including isolation deisolation, identify leaks, blockages, abnormal vibrations and raise request for PM and CM.  Communicate with concern departments for repair work like pumps, valves, and control systems provide necessary support during activities. Safety & Compliance:  Follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies to prevent unsafe conditions.  Adhere to follow E-WMS systems and LOTO protocol for all tasks in assign area.  Enforce HSE compliance including HAZOP reviews, PTW (E-WMS), LOTO, SIMOPS, AGT, and ESD systems. Process Control & Optimization:  Adjust valves, chemical injections, and flow rates to optimize production.  Strong knowledge of P&ID and PFDs.  Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (e.g., flaring and emissions control). Communication & Reporting:  Ensure effective communication during normal operations and Emergency situations.  Report all abnormalities related to equipment & safety concerns to the supervisor.  Prepare accurate shift reports, daily production logs, and incident reports for management and engineering teams. Emergency Response & Preparedness:  Strong understanding of ERP system.  Respond to oil spills, gas leaks, or fires per ERP protocols.
