Worked on offshore jack-up rigs supervising drilling and workover operations in IS & ISND Fields including multilateral and horizontal wells. • Planned pre-look ahead in accordance with future well operations and movement of personnel and equipment to avoid downtime, • De-completed old wells, milled and retrieved old production packers, plugged and abandoned old open hole/perforations, ran whipstocks, cut casing windows, side-tracked and drilled new 8-1/2” holes, ran and cemented 7” liners/casings, and drilled 6-1/8” horizontal holes and multilaterals. • Managed critical well integrity remedial operations in old wells, including cutting and retrieving corroded 9- 5/8” casing, dressing casing stumps, running new casing with external casing patches, cementing. Conducted section milling of 9-5/8” & 13-3/8” casings and placed spot cement plugs for well abandonment due to well integrity issues. • Directed complex completion operations, including zonal isolation with 4-1/2” slotted liners and open hole swell packers, 7” x 4-1/2” completions, Gas Lift completions, ESP installations, and Packer-PBR completions. • Ensured safe execution of high-risk offshore operations in H₂S environments, maintaining strict compliance with QatarEnergy procedures and HSE standards. • Prepared and submitted detailed documentation, including End of Well Reports (EOWR), Contractor Performance Evaluations (CPE), well integrity reports, and well handover reports
