Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise all drilling & workover operations in onshore & offshore rigs with following HSE procedures & deliver wells in proper safe & cost. - training crew with daily & weekly drills. -follow up material logistics - perform daily morning reports. - Follow up drilling, casing running, cement job (one / two stage), logging, coring, side track, HPHT wells with MPD system, multilateral wells in offshore with patch drilling, mud line suspension, tie back, vertical & horizontal wells, development & exploration wells. Drilling with casing, killing methods, stuck pipe & fishing operation. Run several types of well completion, SRP, ESP, Dual ESP, smart completion, Gas lift completion. Remedial cementing & squeeze operation Supervise coiled tubing, electric wire line, slick line operations. Re-entry wells, WHIPSTOCK, milling & side track.
