Offshore Senior HSE Advisor & Training Coordinator Rig Type: 6th Generation Semi-Submersible after named “Heydar Aliyev” rig Client: BP (5+ years) and TotalEnergies (1 year) • Supported BP and Total offshore drilling projects by conducting comprehensive risk assessments, job safety analyses, and behavioral safety observations in alignment with IOGP standards. • Led 30+ Near Miss, Personnel Injury, and HiPo incident investigations, identifying root causes and preventive actions. • Supervised HSE performance on the rig for deep and high-pressure drilling operations up to 7,000 m. • Worked closely with the HSE Manager to manage HSE performance across rigs, develop and update procedures, and strengthen the offshore safety culture. • Led safety inspections, permit to work audits, and emergency drills. • Designed and delivered onboarding and competency-based safety training for offshore personnel. • Facilitated safety standdowns and daily toolbox talks for cross functional teams. • Produced HSE performance reports and dashboards, including leading and lagging safety indicators for client and internal reviews.
