• Spearhead the development of local HSE documentation (procedures, standards, regulations) for a major capital construction project in a high-risk international environment. • Act as a key HSE stakeholder through critical project phases (Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC), leading and participating in HSE Case studies (HAZID, ENVID, HAZOP, 3D models reviews, etc.). • Develop and monitor the HSE activity and HSE KPI tracker for the project lifecycle, ensuring timely mitigation of risks. • Plan and participate in regular HSE audits and inspections of contractors, driving compliance and performance improvement. • Designed and implemented a full-scale Process Safety Management System (PSMS) across 3 distinct business areas: gas processing, gas production and hazardous liquids transportation. • Led and coordinated HSE in 5 subdivisions of the holding, providing expert guidance on occupational safety and health issues. • Organized a comprehensive overhaul and unification of the HSE Management System for a group of companies, developing a new, group-wide General HSE MS. • Established the internal HSE and PSM audit process from the ground up.
