Roles and Responsibilities
• Offshore and onshore drilling operations require execution and coordination between the office and the rig, involving multi-disciplinary professionals to monitor progress during operations. • Coordinate among all parties involved in the project to ensure the readiness of personnel, Long Lead Items (LLIs), and equipment for the start of operations (Ops spud) and throughout operations. • Propose technological innovations while identifying technical highlights, best practices, and sources of Non-Productive Time (NPT), as well as opportunities for improvement and QA/QC issues with contractors. • Recommend measures to improve existing processes and reduce costs by participating in Tenders (bidding) peer reviews, project peer reviews, Operations Workshops, and internally discussing the contractual model in collaboration with partners and subcontractors. • Establish and coordinate Offshore/onshore drilling operations, completion, and workover- related services contracts while adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental protection standards. • Possess experience in offshore operations and high-pressure, high-temperature complex wells. Collaborate with the engineering team to review well programs and operational procedures, capturing lessons learned and best practices.
