Supervise and execute onshore drilling and workover operations ensuring compliance with company standards, HSE policies, and operational procedures. Plan, coordinate, and monitor HTHP, highly deviated, and horizontal wells operations up to 14,800 ft and 280°F. Manage operations in H2S and NORM environments, ensuring safe practices and regulatory compliance. Prepare, review, and analyze daily drilling and workover reports using WellView and related systems. Supervise and execute gas completion and intervention operations, including TCP completions, perforation, DST, fishing, hydraulic fracturing, and underbalanced perforation. Oversee completion and artificial lift operations, including ESP and SRP installations, tubing replacement, and pump change-outs. Coordinate and supervise coil tubing operations, nitrogen lifting, acidizing jobs, water injection wells, and well killing operations (oil & gas). Manage drilling fluids programs and supervise the use of Spud Mud, Gel, KCL/Polymer, OBM, and Glycol systems. Conduct Technical Limit workshops and rig crew training, enhancing crew competency and operational performance. Monitor rig site activities and lead monthly HSE inspections to improve safety performance and HSE scores. Follow up on materials, equipment, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted operations. Lead multinational teams, demonstrating strong decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills under high-pressure conditions.
