Maintain day to day all HSE compliance assurance & training programs.• Schedule, execute and report the findings on Audits system, Exceptional Audits and Contractor HSE Management System audit.• Conduct regular safety training for all crews and focus on the IOGP 9 lifesaving rules (LSR) and sharing the lessons learned.• Audit and monitor all site activities at regular intervals to verify whether safe working practices are being adhered to, and to ensure Project safety procedures are being complied with.• Assist with formal investigations into safety incidents and ensure that root causes, corrective actions and preventative measures are recorded and shared for wider learning.• Actively participate in the site HSE inspection tours and daily site walkabouts, to provide visible participation.• Develop Safety campaigns, support the implementations at sites and facilitate HSE training and orientation requirements, to ensure the Project operates within HSE requirements.• Participates in meetings with clients, project team members, and contractors/subcontractors to advise them of safety requirements that may affect project design, schedule, and cost.• Prepare and keep record as per corporate and contractual SHE is reporting e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual SHE reports, analysis and action plan.• Conducts regular safety inspections on workforce activity, work method, work processes, plant and equipment and preventive maintenance programs for contractors.• Coordinate, review, and issue Permit to Work (PTW) systems in compliance with project HSE and operational standards.• Attending the Rig-up projects phase daily meetings and work on with the team on action closure until Spud date.• Collect the STOP cards & STOP Tours and discuss within the morning meeting along with the existing HSE related issues. • Conduct safety training and safety induction to all new personnel in the rig and maintain the new arrival logbook is up to date.• Make sure all safety aspects are covered in the job JSA and Discuss it during the Pre Job safety meeting.
