Acted as Company Man on site, representing the operator and ensuring strict adherence to HSE policies, contractual obligations, and operational procedures. Supervised all phases of well construction including spudding, drilling, tripping, casing, cementing, logging, DST, completion, and well suspension. Maintained full control of well integrity and well control barriers, supervised BOP operations, pressure testing, kick detection, and well control practices in accordance with IWCF standards. Managed drilling performance through continuous monitoring of ROP, torque and drag, hydraulics, hole cleaning, and drilling parameters. Identified and mitigated drilling risks such as losses, tight hole, stuck pipe, and wellbore instability, with a focus on reducing NPT. Supervised drilling fluids programs (WBM/OBM), solids control, and waste management to ensure environmental compliance and optimal hole conditions. Coordinated casing and cementing operations, ensuring correct execution, displacement efficiency, and cement quality. Led and coordinated all service companies including directional drilling, drilling fluids, cementing, wireline, mud logging, bits, DST, and completion services. Ensured effective communication between rig crews, service providers, and office-based teams. Reviewed and approved daily drilling reports, operational summaries, and cost tracking. Controlled operational budgets, optimized resources, and supported well planning, risk assessments, audits, and post-well lessons learned to improve future performance.
