HSE Consultant – Feng Miao 1 Offshore Wind Farm – Jan De Nul, DFO & CIP • Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE management systems and procedures in line with Horizontal Directional Drilling standards. • Conducting risk assessments, HAZID (Hazard Identification) and ensuring mitigation measures are in place for onshore and offshore drilling activities. • Overseeing emergency readiness and response plans, including drills and simulations for offshore (Jack Up Barge, Towing Boat, CTV, Anchor handling vessel) and onshore activities. • Leading safety audits, investigations and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and managing high-risk activities. • Acting as the main point of contact for client HSE representatives, regulatory authorities, and consortium partners on safety and security matters. • Ensuring environmental protection during subsea pipe casing installation, particularly in nearshore and landfall areas. • Reporting on HSE performance, incidents, and KPIs to project leadership and client representatives.
