Supervision and monitoring of all activities like Lifting jobs, welding activities, confined space entry, work at height, excavation and manual lifting jobs. Leading HSE Management System Plan execution for the site. Advised and actively assisted personnel in the application of company safe working practices to achieve Zero LTI and even minor accidents. Conducted weekly/Monthly Safety Meetings and review accident/incident with the team in order to prevention and recurrence. Everyday conducting pre tour meeting and discuss the safety measures of the current activities. Conducting periodic self - assessment audits to ensure compliance with company procedures. Periodic safety inspection was done throughout the site including the safety equipment. Conducted several safety trainings such as Drop Awareness, Working at Height and Vertical Rescue, H2S, Permit to work, First Aid, Fire Safety and Breathing Apparatus, Spill Prevention etc.
