Coordinates and follows up on materials/personnel movement to prevent downtime • Plays supervisory roles in critical drilling operations: casing, cementing, wellhead installations, perforations, wire-line logging, etc. Tracks, reports, and analyses drilling operations from spudding to completions and handover. • Provides engineering/technical support and monitors drilling operations. • Ensures good drilling practices and primary well control; supervises all drills and testing of well control equipment • Prepares End of Well Report Manages rig site contractors, equipment, and third-party personnel • Reviews and validates well data and reports prior to submission to the office • Inspects drilling equipment/tools, witnesses pressure tests, and verifies tool records as per well program specifications • Prepares equipment checklists, casing tallies, and monitors directional drilling survey data • Plans and forecasts rig forward activities to ensure timely availability of equipment, materials, and services
