Develop comprehensive HSE plans and training schedules to ensure personnel are well-prepared for safe work practices. • Continuously assess hazardous situations, implementing measures to enhance personnel safety. • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track safety performance and identify areas for improvement. • Conduct daily observations to identify potential hazards and promptly address them. • Regularly inspect work areas to verify that equipment, materials, and processes comply with safety standards. • Implement practices such as Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), workshop safety, and camp mobilization/demobilization. Engage in restoration activities as required. • Participate in routine safety audits and inspections. • Ensure employees wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) based on their specific working conditions. • Develop and utilize JHA materials to proactively address workplace hazards.
