Provide 24/7 primary and emergency medical care to rig personnel in offshore/onshore drilling environments Perform initial assessment, triage, stabilization, and emergency response for trauma, medical, and occupational injuries Manage medical emergencies including cardiac events, fractures, burns, heat illness, and chemical exposure Maintain and operate emergency medical equipment (AED, oxygen, trauma kits, spine boards) Conduct routine medical consultations, health surveillance, and fitness-to-work assessments Implement and monitor infection control and hygiene protocols on rig site Maintain medical records, incident reports, and confidential health documentation Coordinate medical evacuations (MEDEVAC) and liaise with onshore medical facilities when required Provide health education and wellness programs (hydration, fatigue, heat stress, chronic disease control).
